The association is looking for a new secretary and new path keepers for the new garden year (from April 1, 2026).

The responsibilities of the secretary include

• Taking minutes at all board meetings

• Drafting and revising documents for the association

• Preparing and posting information in the allotment garden area

• formulating the notices for the gardener

• Passing on information and dates to the website administrator

• Communication with the national federation

• Communication with the city cleaning service in case of garbage dumping etc.

Urgently required: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, preferably with own PC/laptop, but not a must, written and spoken German.

The possibility of familiarization with the tasks is given until 1 July.
